My first response to emotional discomfort is to run or avoid it, but sometimes life doesn’t afford you that luxury plus, it can be harmful to do. It’s convenient but not the best.

There are things I’d like to do but can’t because I know it won’t help me in the long-run. Maybe I’m just self-aware to acknowledge it, but I’m glad I do. So this uncomfortable state I feel, I will overcome and conquer.

Remember, be a light in your space 💫
