Depression is a very popular topic in our world today and needs to be taken seriously. According to the World Health Organization, depression will be the 2nd highest medical cause of disability by the year 2030, second only to HIV/AIDS.

On Saturday the 26th, I was given the opportunity to speak to teenagers in my church. They had a 2 day programme and though I didn’t go the first day which was Friday (was at work), the one I experienced on Saturday was wonderful and I learned a lot. ​Hey guys, it’s a new month, Happy New Month! I’m a bit excited about this month, why? Because July is gone and I can’t wait to see what August holds, whether good or ugly, but c’mon I’d love mostly the good lol and I’m positive. Well July has been somewhat good, had its ups and downs, but in all I’d say I learned a lot and most importantly, I grew.
