Day 12 of a lesson each day for 100 days

You know how we always want to appear smart or good? Well, it’s okay if you don’t know the answer to a question, it’s okay if you’re not good at most things, it’s okay to admit that you need help, it’s okay to admit that you’re confused.

If you don’t know something, it’s fine. Don’t pretend you do because you’d just embarrass yourself eventually.

I know we all have ego in us. One of the reasons that make us want to appear smart or one of the things that make us feel bad for not doing something excellently or not getting a question correctly is pride. Another one is low self-esteem.

If you’re humble, all these appearances wouldn’t matter. If you’re confident enough, you would be willing to admit your strengths and weaknesses and you wouldn’t always want to look like everything you do is perfect. Genuinely work on yourself, not just to show off or prove anything.

Relax.
