Today I’m being reminded that when we are emotional, we become irrational. We don’t look at the facts of situation, instead we act based on how we feel.
As understandable as that is, it can cause a lot of problem because when you become better, you see how foolish you were.
Whenever you feel emotional, you can put things in place to prevent you from lashing out like walking out, going for a walk, sleeping on a matter, plain crying.
It can be hard though and sometimes we fail but it’s achievable. There’s no need sabotaging yourself. Not everyone will hear how you feel or felt, all they’ll see is what happened.
