Day 43 – This emotion; Anger

When angry, I think it’s wise to not do anything like take a decision, make a call, talk to people and so on until you’re calm except you’re in full control of your emotions.

I realize that when angry, we display contempt for anything, most especially people or things that triggered this anger.

Have you seen an angry person narrate a story? Compare it to when the person is calm and tells the same story. Here’s what you’ll notice; no insults, no contempt, no loose talk.

And you know what happens when you react when angry? Regrets. You have regrets when you’re calm and you might do lots of apologizing.

You don’t want that right?

Find a way to manage your emotions.
