So I’ll keep this really short.
We know that when we get stressed and worked up, we become nasty and most times, we are not aware of the things we do. So in that moment, we can say rubbish and hurt people when we didn’t mean to.
Now instead of making people accept that’s the way you are when you’re stressed, perhaps, you should learn stress management so you can be better and stop making excuses.
It’s just like when your anger is dangerous, you take anger management or when your English, French, whatever you speak or want to speak, is bad and you take classes.
Don’t excuse your bad behavior because if it were another person, you would not take it and you might even talk about how they need to control themselves.
